DISCUSSION:

1. Open Dreamweaver Application.

2. From the Site menu, select Edit Sites…



3. Select your site and click Edit.

4. Under Category on the left, select Remote Info, and have the ‘Advanced’ Tab on the top selected.



5. For use with Crestone Creations / crestonehosting.net server, make sure your window is configured as per:

-FTP Host - can be either yoursite.com/org or “65.38.185.164”
-Host Directory must be “httpdocs” for use with Crestone Creations server.
-Login - (username) must be the same as what was given to you by Crestone Creations.
-Password must be the same as what was given to you by your server.
-Check In/Out: enable this feature if more than one person / location will be modifying files on your web site. The checkout name is usually your name, Email address is your email address for the benefit of someone else who wants to work on a file who needs to contact you.

6. Click the Test button, and a pop-up window will appear like this:



7. Click OK.

8. Click Done. …and you’re done!
