It is necessary to have Admin Control or Domain Manager Control to create new POP accounts.

Here are the steps:

1. Using a browser (we suggest Mozilla) go to

https://[yourdomain.com]:8443

eg.

https://crestonecreations.com:8443

to control our domain. .

2. you come to a login screen. Enter your username & password. You need not specify which level user you are. The system will recognize the username and associated permissions.

3. If you are logging in as Client Admin choose the domain you wish to manage from the list of domains by clicking on the domian name.

4. under "services" click "mail" You will be taken to a screen which shows all mail names.

5. to create a new POP account, click "Add New Mail Name"
A screen will appear which looks like this:

6. Enter in the details as you wish them to be. - Done.
Now, you can give control to the individual users of the mail accounts to manage their own email world by sending them to the same URL,
https://[yourdomainnamehere.com]:8443

They log on with their POP username & password.
